To a sniff test shows strong notes of fresh fruit. This wine is straw yellow in color with greenish reflections: persistent on the palate, structured and fresh. “Dedicato” born in the province on clay-limestone which gives the product a balanced acidity and a distinct flavor.
In the estates of Masseria nel Sole, located in Lucera, the grapes ripen slowy ensuring, at the time of collection, perfect ripening from the point of view of phenol and aromatic.

To keep all its innate characteristics, the grapes are harvested by hand and in small tanks before being transferred to the cellar where it will undergo a soft pressing, vital for ensuring the quality of the final product.
This wine should be served at a temperature of 10°/12° C. It goes perfectly with dishes made with fish, white meats and grilled vegetables.
