Delivery

What courier do you use for deliveries?

We use GLS to send all of our orders on national territory, including islands. For international shipments you can request more information at info@masserianelsole.it.

How long does delivery take?

National orders generally take between 2-3 working days to arrive. A delivery within particular cities usually takes slightly longer times.

How much is delivery?

We offer free delivery on all orders over €50.

Can I track my item?

Yes. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number.

Do you deliver to my country?

Currently we ship all over the Italian territory, including the islands. International shipments involve all countries of the European Community and the United Kingdom.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all relevant credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Postfinance.

What currencies can I use?

We accept payment in Euros only.

Returns

What is your online returns policy?

For the intrinsic type of products sold, you can not ask for the return and the return of goods. For damage caused by shipping you can request a refund or a new submission of the purchased products. More information on the return of goods policy may be requested at info@masserianelsole.it.

Once returned are you entitled to receive an exchange or a refund?

Defects and / or damage due to the shipments will be guaranteed by the sending of new products or the total reimbursement of the cost incurred. The request of the repayment arrangements can be made at info@masserianelsole.it.

How do I return an item?

You can not make returns of goods received, due to the inherent nature of the products sold in our shop.

Which payment methods do you accept?

For online bookings are expected only payments by credit card, PayPal account or bank transfer. For telephone bookings you can make the payment in cash the day of arrival.

When should I leave the room?

The room must be vacated no later than 10am day of departure.
