“Diabolik.o” is vinified after a careful and accurate selection of our grapes, harvested just at the right time of ripeness from the point of view of phenolic and aromatic.
This wine has an intense ruby red color with strong violet huses strong, typical of the main grapevine variety.
The smell is intense, complex, fruity and floral, with red fruits hints and a slight spicy note.
The palate is full-bodied, dry with tannis presence but not overbearing.
Its structure and its high alcohol content make it particularly suitable for long periods of aging and pairings with dishes quite elaborate.
Aging period: 6 month in barrels of second passage; 6 month in the bottle.
