In the estates of Masseria nel Sole, the grapes ripen slowly ensuring, at the time of collection, perfect ripening from the point of view of phenol and aromatic.

To keep all its innate characteristics, the grapes are harvested by hand and in small tanks before being transferred to the cellar where it will undergo a soft pressing, vital for ensuring the quality of the final product.
